Rubod & Stroudinsky is a musical collaboration between Los Angeles-based Aurélien Rubod and London-based Michaël Stroudinsky. In 2019 they released their debut EP titled simply ‘Vol. I’.
Since its release, their work has been play-listed by the BBC and been described as ‘music you previously only heard in dreams’ (Clash Magazine, 2019). Their self-directed animated music video “Dans les Vagues Noires des Premiers Océans” also received widespread support from film festivals and Vimeo, after been featured as Staff Pick “Best of the Month” by the platform. The short film also made its way to SFO Museum, where it was showcased in 2019.
